Is the text printed or a sticker?
Printed, not stuck on. Full color, straight onto the sign. Nothing to peel. Or raised acrylic letters, cut and bonded.
Can I see it before it is made?
Yes. A proof reaches you within one business day. Nothing is made until you approve it.
What is a projecting door sign?
A sign that stands out from the wall on a flap, so the room name reads from down the hall, not only from in front of the door. Ours is double-sided acrylic, in 37 colors.
How many colors are there?
37 stocked sheets: solid and translucent colors, transparents, three fluorescents, matte white and matte black, and gold, silver and bronze mirror. Every one takes full-color print, mirror included.
How does the sign mount?
Door signs come with two screw holes or tape, your choice, screws included. Table and counter signs are free-standing. Rack signs hook over the rail.
Will I pay import duty in the US?
No. Duties are paid at checkout, nothing due on delivery. The price at checkout is the full price. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and parcel weight. Standard delivery is 10–20 business days to the US and 5–10 in the EU; express by FedEx is a checkout option.
How long does it take?
Proof in one business day. Made to order in 3–5 business days, then shipped tracked.
I need several signs. How do I order them?
Set the quantity to the number of signs, then give each sign its text. One proof covers the whole set, and the quantity discount applies in the cart.
Is there a discount for several signs?
Yes, in the cart, and it counts every sign in it, mixed across door, counter and table signs: 5 signs 10% off, 10 signs 15%, 25 signs 20%, 50 signs 25%. One color, one proof. More than 100 signs: use the sets and trade page for a quote.
Can I print on both sides?
On opaque sheets, yes. On translucent and transparent sheets the print would show through from the other side, so those are printed on one side, or with a white ground first. We tell you on the proof.
What if something is wrong?
Quality guarantee: you get exactly what you approved, or we make it right. Send a photo within 14 days of delivery; for a crushed box, keep the packaging and send photos within 7 days.
Can I return a sign?
Personalized signs are made from the proof you approve, so they can't be returned for a change of mind.
Do you make illuminated signs?
Not under Cult Signs. LED signs and channel letters are a separate business, for Estonia and the Nordics.
