These terms govern orders placed on cultsigns.com. The seller is Spiralen OÜ, registry code 16846555, VAT number EE102670477, registered office Liinivahe 1, 11712 Tallinn, Estonia, trading as Cult Signs ("we"). By placing an order you accept these terms, the Shipping policy, the Return and refund policy and the Privacy policy.

1. Products

We make acrylic signs to order: projecting door signs, restroom signs, raised door letters, table and counter signs, WiFi and QR code signs, menu holders, table numbers, rack signs and size dividers. Colours on screen are a guide; the acrylic sheet is the reference. Custom sizes, colours and quantities are available on request.

2. Orders and proofs

An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email. For any printed, cut or lettered sign we send a proof within one business day; nothing is made until you approve it in writing (email or the order message thread). Approval of the proof is approval of the text, spelling, layout, colours and size shown. Blank signs need no proof and go straight into production.

You may cancel or change an order free of charge at any time before approving the proof. After approval, a personalised sign is in production and cannot be cancelled.

3. Prices, discounts and payment

Prices are shown in the store currency and include Estonian VAT where it applies. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and parcel weight. Import duties and taxes for destinations outside the EU are calculated and collected at checkout, so nothing is due on delivery. Quantity discounts apply automatically in the cart: 5 signs 10% off, 10 signs 15%, 25 signs 20%, 50 signs 25%, counted across every sign in the cart. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments or the methods shown there. We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order and will tell you first.

4. Lead time and delivery

Made to order in 3–5 business days after proof approval, then shipped tracked. Transit times are carrier estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. See the Shipping policy.

5. Your artwork

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any text, logo or artwork you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. We print what you approve and are not responsible for errors in artwork or text that the approved proof contained. We may photograph finished signs for our own portfolio and social media unless you ask us not to when ordering.

6. Quality guarantee and returns

You get exactly what you approved, or we make it right. Personalised signs cannot be returned for a change of mind; blank signs can be returned within 14 days to Võru 11, 13612 Tallinn, Estonia, at your postage cost. Full details, including transit damage and refund timing, are in the Return and refund policy. Consumers in the EU keep their statutory two-year guarantee against defects.

7. Liability

Our liability for an order is limited to the price paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit (for example death, personal injury, or intent). We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

The Cult Signs name, logo, photographs and site content belong to Spiralen OÜ. They may not be copied or used without written permission. Your own artwork stays yours.

9. Privacy

Personal data is handled as set out in the Privacy policy. The store runs on Shopify, which processes order data on our behalf.

10. Governing law and disputes

Estonian law applies. Consumers also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country they live in. Disputes we cannot settle directly can be taken to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, komisjon.ee) or the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr, or to the courts of Harju County, Estonia.
