Refund policy

Every sign is made to order from a proof you approve. That shapes how returns work.

Quality guarantee

You get exactly what you approved, or we make it right. If the sign that arrives differs from the approved proof, or arrives damaged, write to info@cultsigns.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the sign and the box. We remake it at no cost, or refund it, whichever you prefer. We cover the replacement shipping.

Cancelling an order

Free until you approve the proof. Nothing is made before that, so an order can be cancelled or changed at any point up to approval. After approval the sign goes into production, and a personalised sign can no longer be cancelled.

Personalised signs

Signs printed, cut or lettered to your text, logo or colours are made to your specification. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)) the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, so these cannot be returned for a change of mind. The quality guarantee above still applies in full.

Blank signs

Blank, unprinted signs can be returned within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Tell us first at info@cultsigns.com, then send the sign back unused and in its original box to Cult Signs, Spiralen OÜ, Võru 11, 13612 Tallinn, Estonia. You pay the return postage. The refund covers the sign and the original shipping; it goes to the original payment method within 14 days of the sign reaching us.

Transit damage

Signs ship in a rigid box. If the box arrives crushed or the sign is broken, keep the packaging and send us photos within 7 days of delivery. We claim with the carrier ourselves and remake your sign straight away; you do not wait for the claim.
