Lead time
Proof within one business day of your order. Nothing is made until you approve it. Made to order in 3–5 business days after approval, then handed to the carrier.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and parcel weight: from €17 for a parcel of up to three signs to most countries, from €26 to Australia, New Zealand and Japan, and €4.59 by Omniva within Estonia. Every parcel is tracked; the tracking number is emailed when the sign ships. Signs ship in a rigid box from Tallinn, Estonia.
Typical transit after dispatch:
- United States: 10–20 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland: 7–14 business days
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and the rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Express
Express delivery by FedEx is a checkout option, €15 on top of the standard rate: 3–5 business days to the US and most destinations after dispatch. If your signs must arrive by a date, write to info@cultsigns.com before you order and we confirm it is possible.
Duties and taxes
Outside the EU, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The price you pay at checkout is the full price; nothing is collected at the door.
European Union: prices include Estonian VAT where it applies; no customs charges within the EU.
Sets
Sets for a whole venue ship together in one box, at the shipping rate shown at checkout.
Address and delivery
Check the address at checkout; a parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address is reshipped at cost. If tracking shows delivered and the parcel is missing, contact us within 7 days and we open a trace with the carrier.
